Hey Everybody! So I’ve noticed that annually, the transit systems up their rates. I hate when they do that. For Brampton Transit, it's usually a quarter [25] every January. Well I’ve always loved the TTC rates, because with my Student Card, I only have to pay 1.90 as apposed to 2.75! Apparently the rates are going up once again. I was reading the metro and TTC usually ups their rates by 10 percent, but the mayor has requested a hold on the rates due to the financial crisis our city is in. Blah blah blah, the fare is going up.
